SUCCESSION Star Sarah Snook Replaces Elisabeth Moss in The Oz-Set Horror-Thriller RUN RABBIT RUN

Succession star Sarah Snook is set to star in the upcoming Oz-inspired horror-thriller Run Rabbit Run. She is replacing Elisabeth Moss who had to drop out of the project due to scheduling reasons.

The movie is being helmed by Daina Reid (The Handmaid’s Tale, The Shining Girls), and it’s described as a modern-day ghost story that will follow a character named Sarah, “a fertility doctor, with a firm understanding of the cycle of life. When she is forced to make sense of the increasingly strange behavior of her young daughter Mia, she must challenge her own beliefs and confront a ghost from her past.”

There’s no info on how exactly the story ties in with Oz, but I imagine that her daughter Mia is being affected by something attached to Oz and her mother Sarah has a history with it, which she will have to confront.

It’s a shame that Moss had to drop out of the project, but Snook is also a great actress, and I’m sure she'll be great in the film. Pre-production on the project begins this month and it will shoot in Victoria and South Australia.
