Sue Storm is Getting Her First Solo Outing in INVISIBLE WOMAN Comic Mini-Series

Marvel made a cool announcement earlier this week. Sue Storm from the Fantastic Four will be getting her own mini-series of comics rightly called Invisible Woman. This is the first solo title for the heroine and will span five issues with the first being released in July.

Mattia De Iulis and Mark Waid will be the creative team (artist and writer respectively) behind the series and each issue will be adorned with a cover from Adam Hughes. SVP and Executive Editor Tom Brevoort said the following in the press release:

In over fifty years, she’s never had her own title (or maybe she did and you just didn’t see it,). Waid and Iulis will be delving into what Sue Richards does—and even who she is—on her own time, apart from her famous family! It’s sure to surprise some—as will a few of the gestures-players who’ll be passing through the story!
