Summer Camp Counselors Unleash an Ancient Evil in Trailer for SHE CAME FROM THE WOODS
There’s a new ‘80s set summer camp-themed horror movie coming out titled She Came from the Woods and Fangoria recently released the first trailer. This is the kind of horror flick I know I’ll enjoy watching as it tells the story of a group of camp counselors that accidentally unleash an evil spirit.
The evil spirit is unleashed on the last night of camp and “as the situation turns bloody, the group is forced to confront what stories are worth telling and what secrets are worth keeping.”
The movie comes from director Erik Bloomquist (Ten Minutes to Midnight, Long Lost) ,and it stars Cara Buono (Stranger Things, Mad Men), William Sadler (Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, Demon Knight, VFW, The Grudge), Clare Foley (Sinister), Spencer List (Good Trouble), Michael Park (Stranger Things) and Tyler Elliot Burke (The Punisher).
The rest of the ensemble cast includes Adam Weppler (Ten Minutes to Midnight), Ehad Berisha (Billions), Dan Leahy (Dave), Giselle Torres (The Big Show Show), Sienna Hubert-Ross (Almost Love), Emily Keefe (Intermedium), Erik Bloomquist (Weekenders), Madeleine Dauer (The Murder Pact), Juliana Davies (The Post), Declan Foley (My Adventures with Santa), Tess Santarsiero (Christmas on the Carousel), Cory Asinofsky, Cody Boccia, and newcomer Coulter Ibanez.
