Suspenseful and Eerie Short Film - EXIT

My favorite horror movies are the ones that build suspense, and that's exactly what this short film called "Exit" does. It's a subtly creepy story that is more intelligent than it is shocking. One of the reason why I like these kinds of films is that they mess with your head and the story and imagery sticks with you. The film was written and directed by Daniel Zimbler, and it is based on an Edwardian short story of the same name by Harry Farjeon. Here is the short summary that was attached to the short:

At a country manor in Edwardian England, a parlour trick becomes a bewitching – and one of the guests gets his dark desire.

I really don't want to give much more away of the story than that, but it plays out like an episode of The Twilight Zone. It starts out slow, but the spookiness of it sneaks up on you, and it escalates into a wonderfully made supernatural thriller. This is one of those films that you just have to experience. It stars Julian Glover (Game of Thrones, The Empire Strikes Back).  Enjoy the show!
