Sweet Trailer for Bryce Dallas Howard's Heartwarming Disney+ Documentary PETS
Disney+ has released a great trailer for Bryce Dallas Howard’s latest documentary feature, Pets. The film talks to kids and adults in all walks of life about their pets and how they enrich their lives.
Howard is known for acting in films like The Village, The Help, the Jurassic World franchise, and most recently, Argylle. She followed in her father, Ron Howard’s, footsteps by stepping behind the camera, and has directed the great documentary Dads, as well as episodes of The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Skeleton Crew.
Howard said of working on the documentary Pets: "Directing a documentary about the relationship between pets and their people has been a dream for years. There's something about these wordless intuitive bonds, full of mischief and love, that feel like magic.
“And pet videos? They tap into such pure innocence and happiness, the kind of laughter that catches you off guard and reminds you why we love them so much."
The synopsis reads: “From Bryce Dallas Howard, Pets explores the extraordinary relationship that exists between animals and their people, all around the world. The documentary film streaming soon on Disney+ invites viewers on an uplifting journey that showcases the universal love transcending species, filled with moments of laughter, tenderness, and genuine emotion.
“Following her documentary Dads in 2019, Howard explores another topic that is very close to her heart. Marking this as her second documentary feature, she perfectly curates her own love and interest in animals to relate to any viewer, no matter what their own relationship with the pets in their life is like.”
This just looks heartwarming and fantastic. I know my kids will love to watch it! Check out the trailer below, and watch Pets when it debuts on Disney+ on April 11th.
