Swing Into Action with This Awesome S.H. Figuarts Gameverse Spider-Man Figure Inspired by Marvel vs. Capcom

If you’re a fan of Marvel vs. Capcom and love collecting high-quality action figures, you're going to want to make room on your shelf for this. Tamashii Nations has unveiled a killer new collectible with their upcoming S.H. Figuarts Gameverse Spider-Man 6” scale figure, and it looks like a total must-have.

This new figure is straight out of the Marvel vs. Capcom video game universe and nails the unique visual style that fans of the series will instantly recognize. The design pulls directly from the iconic art of Bengus, embracing that ‘90s Marvel Comics exaggeration with a stylized flair that sets it apart from your average Spider-Man figure.

Much like the previously released Cyclops, this version of Peter Parker comes fully loaded with features that pay homage to his in-game moveset. The figure includes multiple sets of swappable hands, letting you pose him in his classic idle stance or prep him mid-web-sling. You'll also get a variety of web effects, including parts for swinging poses and even his defensive web shield.

And just like Cyclops before him, Spider-Man comes with a backboard replicating his Ultimate Web Throw hyper combo move from Marvel vs. Capcom to boot.

Pre-orders go live on August 28, and the figure is priced at ¥9,900, which is roughly $67 USD. It’s expected to ship out in March 2026.
