Sylvester Stallone Drops New Photo Teasing CREED 2 and Hints at 2018 Release

Sly Stallone is at it again, dropping hints on his social media accounts, this time the Rocky actor is once again suggesting that the sequel to Creed is in the works and he also hints at when the film will be released.

On a recent Instagram post, Stallone used the hashtags #Creed 2 and #mgm accompanied a shirtless gym picture of film co-star Michael B. Jordan, with “getting stronger” and “2018.”

2015's Creed brought Rocky back to the big screen, this time as a supporting character. Stallone co-starred with Jordan who played Adonis Johnson Creed, the troubled son of Apollo Creed, the boxing champion from the original Rocky movie. The younger Creed aligns with his father’s old friend and rival, Rocky Balboa, to train in pursuit of his own professional fighting career.

Stallone won a Golden Globe for supporting actor in the film. He was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Performance By An Actor in a Supporting Role, becoming the sixth actor to be twice-nominated for an Oscar for portraying the same character

But are we reading into the hashtags, or is Stallone really trying to make an unofficial announcement?

Dolph Lundgren recently revealed that he started training to reprise his role of Drago in the sequel. Stallone has been teasing his involvement for months and even said that he's got to at least punch Drago once.

Getting stronger !!! 2018 #Creed 2 #mgm #fitness #Rocky
