Sylvester Stallone Says That RAMBO 5: LAST BLOOD Caused "A Lot of Damage" To His Body
Sylvester Stallone recently finished shooting Rambo 5: Last Blood and it must’ve been a crazy physically demanding shoot because Stallone says that it caused a lot of damage to his body. This means the Stallone put in everything he had to play this lethal warrior one final time. Remember, the actor is 72-years-old!
In the video below, Stallone says:
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been in the gym because I’ve been out there doing Rambo, which caused a lot of damage. So now I’ve got to fix things.”
The fact that Stallone took a beating and broke himself while making this movie kinda gets me a little more excited about seeing it. Obviously, John Rambo is going to go through some pretty heavy shit again, but with his deadly skills, we all know that he is going to save the day… again because that’s what Rambo does! Knowing this just adds more of a badass factor to it.
Here’s the official synopsis for the film:
Rambo teams up with a journalist to track down and rescue a group of local girls that have been kidnapped by a Mexican sex trafficking ring, after trying to settle down to a quiet peaceful life stateside at the family ranch in Arizona after spending decades abroad.
The movie is being directed by Adrian Grunberg. The movie also stars Paz Vega, who will play Carmen Delgado, “a reporter who covers the Mexican drug trade and teams up with Rambo after her younger half-sister is kidnapped.”
Rambo 5: Last Blood doesn’t have a release date yet.
