Sylvester Stallone's Action Series THE INTERNATIONAL with Dolph Lundrgen Lands at CBS
A couple of months ago it was revealed that Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren were teaming up for a new action series. Well, that series is called The International and CBS has ordered a pilot episode.
Stallone is set to produce and direct the hour-long drama and Lundgren will star in it. He will play Anders Soto, described as “a one-man covert black-ops team working for the U.N., who is called in to find asymmetrical solutions to the world’s most delicate and complex problems. He is part negotiator and part international spy.”
The series is being written by Ken Sanzel (Reef Break, Numbers) and it sounds like it could be a solid show. It’s always good to see Stallone and Lundgren work together.
This will be the first TV series that Stallone will have directed in his career. Hopefully, it turns out good!
