Sylvester Stallone’s TULSA KING Secures Season 3 Renewal

Paramount+ is keeping Sylvester Stallone’s mob dramaTulsa King rolling, officially renewing it for a third season. This news comes after months of casting and early production kicking off in Atlanta and Oklahoma.

Taking the reins as showrunner for Season 3 is Dave Erickson, who previously helmed Mayor of Kingstown, which is another Taylor Sheridan series for Paramount+. Erickson’s involvement was expected after he signed an overall deal with MTV Entertainment Studios, which produces Sheridan’s shows alongside 101 Studios.

The renewal was set in motion last November when Stallone, who also serves as an executive producer, locked in a lucrative two-season contract extension. That deal guaranteed his return for at least two more seasons, with Paramount+ officially greenlighting Season 3 today.

Tulsa King has been a huge hit for Paramount+, breaking records when its second season premiered with 21.1 million global viewers, making it the most-watched debut in the platform’s history.

Season 2 wrapped in November, continuing the story of Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Stallone) as he expanded his criminal empire in Tulsa, running into new enemies and high-stakes conflicts.

Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, Tulsa King will continue to thrive and fnas can expect more high-stakes action and power plays as the series gears up for another chapter.
