TALES OF ARCANA 5E RACE GUIDE Will Bring Over 200 Unofficial Races to DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Via Kickstarter

If you play Dungeons & Dragons, you’re going to want to check out this Kickstarter. Tales of Arcana 5E Race Guide is offering over 200 new playable races for D&D games. While all of these races are unofficial, the majority have been designed by Chris S. Sims who worked on both D&D 5E and Starfinder. In addition, Matt Knicl (Magic: the Gathering) has worked hard on creating lore for the races with Jennifer Clarke Wilkes (D&D, MTG) editing the project, Sebastián Koziner (Legend of the Five Rings) providing graphic design, and Miguel Regodón Harkness (Pathfinder) doing the cover illustration. That’s an impressive team!

On top of the over 200 races, you’ll get rules for modifying the races to create cool variant races unique to your world and lore entries to help build up the world of Arcana.

Tales of Arcana 5E Race Guide will be available through DriveThruRPG’s print on demand and you can get a digital copy for as little as $20! At this moment, there are about 40 races that haven’t been illustrated yet, but with stretch goals, fans can hopefully get those taken care of. Each race that is illustrated features a male and female version to help visualize them. I’ve included some of my favorites below, but you can find more on DeviantArt.

Head on over to Kickstarter now to support Tales of Arcana 5E Race Guide.
