TASOMACHI: Behind the Twilight is an upcoming 3D exploration platform from developer Orbital Express and publisher PLAYISM. The game looks charming and if you’re feeling like you’re having déjà vu, it’s probably because game industry veteran nocras is behind the game. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokémon Sword and Shield, and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn are some of the games that nocras has contributed art to. TASOMACHI has been created as an homage to late-90’s platformers and East Asian culture and I think this definitely has some promise.
