Tatiana Maslany Faces Unimaginable Terror in Final Trailer for Osgood Perkins’ Creepy Cabin Horror KEEPER

Neon has unleashed the final trailer for Osgood Perkins’ upcoming horror film Keeper, and it’s a chilling sendoff to the Halloween season. The trailer ramps up the tension with haunting imagery, eerie silences, and plenty of mystery that’ll leave horror fans obsessing over what’s really happening in that secluded cabin.

The story follows a couple who head off for a romantic anniversary getaway deep in the woods. When Malcolm, played by Rossif Sutherland, suddenly leaves for the city, Liz, played by Tatiana Maslany, finds herself completely alone.

That’s when things start to unravel, as she realizes she’s not as isolated as she thought. The cabin hides dark, terrifying secrets, and something sinister is watching.

Here’s the official synopsis: “Osgood Perkins' new film Keeper follows a couple as they escape for a romantic anniversary weekend at a secluded cabin. When Malcolm (Rossif Sutherland) suddenly returns to the city, Liz (Tatiana Maslany) finds herself isolated and in the presence of an unspeakable evil that unveils the cabin’s horrifying secrets.”

The whole thing looks unsettling in a way only Perkins can pull off, with his signature mix of slow-burn dread and psychological horror.

Perkins has carved out a distinctive style in the genre with films like The Blackcoat’s Daughter, I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House, Gretel & Hansel, Longlegs, and The Monkey, and Keeper looks right at home among them. The screenplay comes from Nick Lepard.

Neon will release Keeper in select U.S. theaters starting November 14, 2025. With its claustrophobic tension, haunting visuals, and Maslany’s powerhouse presence, Keeper looks like the kind of horror movie that gets under your skin and stays there.
