Taylor Sheridan's YELLOWSTONE Prequel Series with Harrison Ford Is Now Titled 1923 and There Are New Plot Details

Taylor Sheridan’s upcoming Yellowstone prequel series 1932 has been given a new title. The series, which stars Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, is now called 1923. We also got some new details on the plot of the series!

The show will focus on the Dutton family’s “next two generations as they struggle to survive historic drought, lawlessness and prohibition, and an epidemic of cattle theft; all battled beneath the cloud of Montana’s great depression, which preceded the nation by almost a decade. The show will also touch on the end of World War I, which occurred in 1918.”

This prequel sounds like it’s going to tell a fascinating story! I love this franchise, and I’m 100% on board! The show is a follow-up to the previous Yellowstone prequel 1883, which followed the generation of the Dutton family that found themselves moving across the country to settle in Montana. I loved that show, and I can’t wait to watch this next one!

1923 is set to debut on Paramount+ in December.
