Teaser Trailer For HBO's New Anthology Series ROOM 104 with James Van Der Beek

We now have a good idea what HBO's new series Room 104 will be like thanks to a flashy teaser trailer. The 12 episode series takes the "fly on the wall" approach, telling the story of everything that happens inside a single American motel room.

A slew of actors will star in each episode, including James Van Der Beek and Orlando Jones. The half-hour series by the Duplass Brothers will show just how weird things can get in the room.

The anthology series will feature an impressive list of directors, including Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck (Captain Marvel).

This looks like a show that will really put a damper on motel business nation-wide. I mean, its already a bit sketchy not knowing what has happened in a hotel room before you stay in it. This may just raise suspicions. If nothing at all this will likely get us all to start carrying black lights to inspect our rooms before we check in. All kidding aside, I love these kind of shows, there are so many opportunities for great story telling. What do you guys think?

Room 104 premieres on July 28 on HBO.

Set in a single room of an average American motel, each episode offers a window into the lives of characters with a vast array of quirks.
