Teaser Trailer For Michael Jackson's THRILLER IMAX 3D
Not long ago it was announced that the classic John Landis-directed Michael Jackson music video Thriller was going to be released in IMAX 3D for the first time ever. Now today we have a cool little teaser trailer to share with you giving us a glimpse at the crystal clear digital remaster.
Yeah, I know most of you have already seen Thriller, but you've never seen it on the big screen like this before! The music video was remastered from the original 35mm negative and converted into 3D by Optimum Productions and it was overseen by director John Landis. Also, all of the audio included Michael Jackson’s music, Elmer Bernstein’s score, and the sound effects were adapted to 5.7, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos standards.
The exclusive engagement will run for one week only, beginning September 21, 2018, in domestic IMAX theatres—ahead of showings of Amblin’s The House with a Clock in Its Walls. I don't know about you, but I'm excited about this!
