Teaser Trailer for Prime Video Spinoff Series CITADEL: DIANA From Producers the Russo Brothers
A teaser trailer has been released for the Prime Video spinoff series Citadel: Diana. The series stars Matilda De Angelis as Diana Cavalieri, as well as Lorenzo Cervasio, Maurizio Lombardi, Julia Piaton, Thekla Reuten, Giordana Faggiano, Bernhard Schütz, and Filippo Nigro.
The series is showrun and executive produced by Gina Gardini, and directed by Arnaldo Catinari. Alessandro Fabbri co-wrote the series with Ilaria Bernardini, Laura Colella, Gianluca Bernardini, and Giordana Mari.
It was executive produced by Riccardo Tozzi, Marco Chimenz, and Giovanni Stabilini, as well as AGBO's Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Ostot, Scott Nemes, David Weil (Hunters).
The show’s synopsis reads: “Milan, 2030: Eight years ago, the independent global spy agency Citadel was destroyed by the powerful enemy syndicate, known as Manticore. Since then, Diana Cavalieri (starring Matilda De Angelis), an undercover Citadel agent, is alone, trapped behind enemy lines as a mole in Manticore.
“When she finally sees a way out and the chance to disappear forever, the only way to do so is trusting the most unexpected ally, Edo Zani (Lorenzo Cervasio), the heir of Manticore Italy and son of the head of the Italian syndicate, Ettore Zani (Maurizio Lombardi), who's vying for leadership against all of the other European families.”
