Teaser Trailer For The Upcoming Action-Thriller JACKDAW Starring Jenna Coleman and Oliver Jackson-Cohen
The first teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming action-thriller Jackdaw, which stars Oliver Jackson-Cohen (The Invisible Man) and Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who). The two actors also recently starred together in the Amazon revenge thriller, Wilderness.
As for Jackdaw, the story is set over the course of a single night and follows “a broke former motocross champion and army veteran who agrees to pick-up a mysterious package in the North Sea, with disastrous consequences for himself and his brother.”
The trailer features Jackson-Cohen preparing for his intense odyssey, a blonde-tressed Coleman, and a motocross bike racing across the desolate landscape. There’s also an unseen voice that offers him the dangerous job.
Jackdaw marks the debut feature film debut of of writer and director Jamie Childs, whose TV credits include Disney+’s Willow, Netflix’s The Sandman and BBC/HBO adaptation His Dark Materials. The cast also includes Thomas Turgoose, Allan Mustafa, Rory McCann, Vivienne Acheampong, Joe Blakemore and Leon Harrop.
Jackdaw will premiere at this month's Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas. Check out the teaser trailer!
