TED LASSO Has Already Been Renewed for a Second Season at Apple TV+

Earlier this week, I posted about my love for the new Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso, which premiered its first three episodes last Friday. The show is so dang fun, and the character Ted Lasso (played by Jason Sudeikis) is a refreshing optimist who stole my heart right off the bat. The series follows Lasso, “a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer.”

Apparently, I am not the only viewer who is happy with the series. It has been reported that Apple has renewed Ted Lasso for a second season that is expected to air in 2021. The second season will also have ten episodes, and Sudeikis will be back to star and executive produce.

The fourth episode of Ted Lasso is set to hit Apple TV+ this Friday, and you can catch up on the first three episodes now. I’m so excited for a second season!
