TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS Releasing Next Month and First Look Pictures

Last year, we learned about a series called Slutty Teenage Bounty Hunters and it looks like it’s still going forward at Netflix, but with a change. The series is now simply called Teenage Bounty Hunters. The series will still star Anjelica Bette Fellini and Maddie Phillips as fraternal twins who go to help Kadeem Hardison round up some bad guys. Kathleen Jordan wrote and created the show and will serve as a co-executive producer.

Rebelling against their buttoned-up Southern community, sixteen-year-old fraternal twin sisters Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini) Wesley team up with veteran bounty hunter Bowser Jenkins (Kadeem Hardison) for an over-the-top adventure as they dive into the world of bail skipping baddies and suburban secrets while trying to navigate high school drama -- love, sex, and study hall.

Jordan released the following statement:

This story is based on some of my experiences growing up in a Christian community in the South. I was a lot like Sterling and Blair: rebellious, naive, extremely horny, and learning to use my voice in a world that didn't always make sense to me. Unlike Sterling and Blair, I wasn't a bounty hunter. Probably could’ve gotten more guys that way...

The first season of Teenage Bounty Hunters will have 10 episodes available on Netflix starting August 14 and we’ve got some first look photos for you to check out below. I honestly might check out the first episode (I’m a sucker for bad films and this sounds like one spread out across 10 episodes), but I’m not expecting greatness from this show. Are you excited to watch Teenage Bounty Hunters?
