Teresa Palmer Joins Liam Neeson in Dark Comedy 4 KIDS WALK INTO A BANK
Actress Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies, A Discovery Of Witches) has signed on to star opposite Liam Neeson in the dark comedy, 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, for Amazon MGM’s Orion label.
It’s being directed by Frankie Shaw, who previously created, wrote and starred in SMILF, from a script adapted by Matt Robinson, based on the graphic novel written by Matthew Rosenberg and Tyler Boss.
Aside from Palmer and Neeson, the film also stars Talia Ryder, Whitney Peak, Jack Dylan Grazer, Spike Fearn, Jim Sturgess, Caylee Cowan, George Basil, Sam Strike and Deacon Phillippe.
Neeson plays ex-bank robber Danny, whose teenage granddaughter Paige (Ryder) means the world to him. So when she overhears that his former gang is pulling him back in for one more score to pay a debt, she comes up with the only logical solution: she enlists her three ride-or-die best friends to rob the bank the day before so he doesn’t have to.
Palmer plays the manager of the bank and love interest to one of the robbers.
As we revealed earlier this week, Palmer also recently joined Russell Crowe action film Bear Country. She will next be seen starring in the limited series The Family Next Door, and the drama series The Last Anniversary, based on the novel by Liane Moriarty and executive-produced by Nicole Kidman.
She recently starred in rom-com Addition, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, and David Leitch’s The Fall Guy.
Filming on 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank began in December in Ireland.
