TERRIFIER 3 Director Teases Scene So Horrific That it Almost Made The Art The Clown Actor Vomit
Director Damien Leone is currently in production on Terrifier 3 and he recently teased a new scene that is so gruesome that it almost made the actor who plays Art The Clown, David Howard Thornton, vomit.
The first two movies are overflowing with ridiculous amounts of over-the-top blood and gore. There are some insane scenes in these movies, but it sounds like things are going to get even worse in this new one.
Leone shared the following on X saying: "Can honestly say we just filmed one of the most insanely horrific scenes of the Terrifier franchise and you’ll never believe who couldn’t handle it on set… the BTS is hilarious. Can’t wait for you all to see!"
David Howard Thornton then confirmed that on X, saying: "I will just say that this is the kill that almost made me vom. That's a first." He previously said: “I will continue to push boundaries in Terrifier 3, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s in store for Art the Clown.” So, he’s keeping his promise.
If the scene in question was too much for Art to handle, then it looks like we’d better prepare ourselves for horrific insanity with Terrifier 3. In the next chapter of the story, “Art the Clown is set to unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.”
Terrifier 3 will hit theaters nationwide on October 25, 2024.
