TERRIFIER 3 Trailer Teases a Very Twisted Christmas Slasher Movie
The first teaser trailer for Terrifier 3 has found its way online and as you’ll see, it teases what is sure to be a very dark and twisted slasher horror film.
In this third installment of Damien Leone’s horror franchise, “Art the Clown is set to unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.” The movie is also said to have a controversial opening sequence that the regular studio system would never allow.
Leone previously shared: “So mark my words, I guarantee you the first 5 minutes of this movie is going to be very controversial. But that’s not even the big kill scene. So like that’s why I was like, I need to just make this movie on my own, because it’s just too… it’s too insane.”
Judging from this teaser trailer, it seems pretty clear that Art the Clown is going to have no problem brutally slaughtering small children. It’s the one thing I can think of that would take this already brutally insane franchise to a new controversial level. That’s going to be a rough one because, as a father, it’s super hard for me to watch kids being killed in movies.
David Howard Thornton will return to play Art again, and he will be joined by Lauren LaVera. Leone has said, “I will continue to push boundaries in Terrifier 3, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s in store for Art the Clown.”
Terrifier 3 will hit theaters nationwide on October 25, 2024.
