The Afterglow Wireless Deluxe Controller for the Nintendo Switch Looks and Sounds Pretty Awesome

PDP recently revealed their latest wireless controller for the Nintendo Switch and I think it looks cool. The Afterglow Wireless Deluxe Controller will feature prismatic LED lightning options that let gamers show off a rainbow of colors or they can simply highlight their favorite one or even have the colors change as they analog sticks move. The clear polycarbonate housing lets the colors and circuits shine.

This is an officially licensed controller from Nintendo and features a built-in rechargeable battery for more than 20 hours of use. The analog sticks are low-friction for smoothness and speed. Also, there are paddle-style buttons on the back that can be mapped to any other button on the controller. Combine that with the built-in motion controls and a range of up to 30 feet and you’ve got a winner. The only feature that I’m not seeing is any kind of HD Rumble support.

The Afterglow Wireless Deluxe Controller will be available on November 26 for $49.99. You can pre-order now on PDP or on Amazon. I have another PDP controller and I absolutely love it! You can read my review for that controller as well.
