The Best Movie Lines of All-Time Picked By Hollywood Screenwriters
Variety recently sat down with several Hollywood screenwriters and asked them what they thought the best movie lines of all time are, and they offered their favorites.
The writers that were interviewed include Bryan Woods and Scott Beck of A Quiet Place, Ashleigh Powell of The Nutcracker and The Four Realms, Micah Fitzerman Blue from You Are My Friend, Jac Schaeffer of Timer and Charlie Wachtell and David Rabinowitz of BLACKKKLANSMAN, and a few others.
Each of the writers also offer some insight on why they think these lines are so great. The lines range various film genres from The Lord of the Rings to Cool Hand Luke to The Goonies.
