THE CONJURING 4 Is Moving Forward with Franchise Writer David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick
We’re getting another film in The Conjuring franchise with a fourth film that will focus on another supernatural case involving paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga).
The Conjuring 4 will be produced by James Wan and the script will be written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, who previously wrote and produced The Conjuring 2 (2016) and The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2021).
There’s no information on what the plot will entail, but there are plenty of stories involving other paranormal cases to explore. I’m a huge fan of this horror franchise, and I can’t help but be excited about what creepy story this movie will give us.
The screenwriter on the project also wrote scripts for Orphan, Red Riding Hood, Aquaman, and its sequel Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom.
Are you excited to hear that we’re going to get a fourth Conjuring film? Are there any Ed and Lorraine stories that you’d like to see turned into a movie?
