The Daily Bugle Website Has New Video of J. Jonah Jameson Calling Out Spider-Man

One very cool surprise in the last Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Far From Home, was that mid-credit scene where J. Jonah Jameson, the Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Bugle, popped up on the screen of his news website and outed Peter Parker as Spider-Man. This would normally have just made the audience gasp in shock and sympathy for our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and his cherished anonymity, but this was a double surprise for fans of the past Spider-Man movies.

While the scene was shocking, the best part about it was the return of the actor who played J. Jonah Jameson in the first trilogy of films in the 2000’s, J.K. Simmons. No one would have been better to take his place. He even looks just like the character in the comic! So it’s awesome to see his return. And while we wait to see how it will all pan out with him in the next film, we have a video from him for you to check out that was posted on TheDailyBugle.net.

In the video, Jameson proclaims that Spider-Man is a criminal and menace, and Mysterio is the real hero. It’s pretty fun and gets us even more excited for the next chapter in the Spider-Man universe. Check it out below, and enjoy!
