THE DESCENT Director Neil Marshall Set To Produce New Horror Film LITTLE RED
Neil Marshall is set to produce new horror thriller Little Red, which will be directed by his The Descent, Dog Soldiers, and Doomsday collaborator Craig Conway, who will make his directorial debut with the movie.
This is a low-budget horror film and as the title suggests, it will reimagine the Little Red Riding Hood story “through a contemporary lens.”
The story will follow “a fifteen year-old girl who unravels the dark secrets in her family.” Those dark secrets will most likely involve werewolves.
The script for the movie comes from Peter Stylianou and cinematographer-producer is Daniel Patrick Vaughan with Paul Murray also producing.
Marshall most recently directed the action-crime movie Duchess, which was acquired by Saban Films. Actor and producer Conway most recently starred in UK horror Drained.
