The Director of LOGAN Says There's No Post-Credits Scene, But There Might Be a Surprise Before
It was recently reported that Logan would have a post-credits scene. The news came from Collider saying that they "can 100% tell you something will be there." Well, director James Mangold has refuted that claim. When a fan asked him on Twitter if there was going to be a post-credits scene, he replied with:
"There is not a post credits scene."
So, either Mangold is a liar or Collider and their inside sources are full of shit. The site has since updated their post saying that the post-credits scene was incorrect, but they do say there might be something before the movie. The says:
"After doing some digging I’ve learned I wasn’t altogether wrong about Logan having something cool for the fans. But instead of it being after the credits, maybe it’s before the movie has started."
Either way, I'm going to go ahead and sit through the credits of the film just in case. I don't want to miss anything if there is something there!
There was no post-credits scene attached to the press screening of the film, but according to the rumor, it won't be released until the film opens in theater on March 3rd. Post-credits scene or not, I'm just freakin' excited about seeing this movie! It's been getting awesome reviews. In case you missed it, you can read Ben's review here.
