The EVIL DEAD RISE Trailer Gets The Stop-Motion LEGO Treatment
Evil Dead Rise hit theaters this week and audiences seem to be loving the nightmarish horror of it all. Anyway, to celebrate the film’s release, here’s a fun fan-made LEGO stop-motion trailer for the movie for you to watch!
The video comes from YouTube channel LMS and as you’ll see, it’s a faithful recreation of the bloody Red Band trailer for Evil Dead Rise. It’s even got a LEGO cheese grater!
In the fifth Evil Dead film, “a road-weary Beth pays an overdue visit to her older sister Ellie, who is raising three kids on her own in a cramped L.A apartment. The sisters’ reunion is cut short by the discovery of a mysterious book deep in the bowels of Ellie’s building, giving rise to flesh-possessing demons, and thrusting Beth into a primal battle for survival as she is faced with the most nightmarish version of motherhood imaginable.”
The movie comes from director Lee Cronin’s (The Hole in the Ground) Evil Dead Rise is coming exclusively to theaters on April 21, 2023. Gabrielle Echols (Reminiscence), Morgan Davies (The End) and Nell Fisher (Splendid Isolation) star alongside Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan.
