According to Disney’s Japanese website, Carol Danvers will be "descending from the sky" in 1995.

I was a sophomore in high school in 1995. I was spending a lot of time at the movies with my friends and shooting lots of short films with them. Going to Blockbuster every Friday night was a ritual. I spent a lot of time at the beach during those days and was hanging out in Hollywood a lot for some reason. We saw a lot of weird shit go down in Hollywood during the 90s! I was also listing to a lot of Green Day and Weezer.
