The Falcon and Ant-Man Will Have a Fun Relationship in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

During an interview with Cinema Blend, Anthony Mackie talks about what The Falcon’s relationship will be like with Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man in Captain America: Civil War. The two got off to a rocky start in Ant-Man when they fought each other. Now it seems like that has turned into a fun and playful dynamic between the characters. Mackie says:

"Yeah, our relationship is… yeah. It grows in Civil War… But that’s Paul Rudd, man. Paul Rudd and I just make fun of each other all the time, so it just carries over into the movie. So I respect his [Kansas City] Royals – I’m pulling for his Royals – but we just make fun of each other all the time."

I’m curious to see how big of a part these characters will play in the film. They are both on Team Cap, so they won’t necessarily be fighting each other, but I’m sure there will be some humorous bickering.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Captain America: Civil War will open on May 6th, 2016.
