The Final Trailer For Stephen King's PET SEMATARY is Pretty Unsettling

We’ve got one final trailer to share with you before the new film adaptation of Stephen King’s Pet Sematary is unleashed on the world. The trailer features some new footage from the film that, as you’ll see, is quite unsettling. It involves Jason Clarke as Dr. Louis Creed talking to his daughter who has just come back from the dead.

I’m pretty sure this movie is going to terrify audiences, and it doesn’t hurt that the author of the story says that it’s ‘fucking great!” While there were some big changes made to the story for this movie, it still looks great and I’m excited to see it. But, will it be as good as the book or the original movie? We’ll just have to wait and see.

The movie was directed by Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kölsch and also stars John Lithgow as Jud Crandall, and Amy Seimetz as Rachel. They all look like they’re going to be great in their roles!

Based on the seminal horror novel by Stephen King, Pet Sematary follows Dr. Louis Creed (Jason Clarke), who, after relocating with his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz) and their two young children from Boston to rural Maine, discovers a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near the family’s new home. When tragedy strikes, Louis turns to his unusual neighbor, Jud Crandall (John Lithgow), setting off a perilous chain reaction that unleashes an unfathomable evil with horrific consequences.

Pet Sematary is set to be released in theaters on April 19, 2019.
