The First Trailer for Season 2 of Bill Hader's BARRY Has Dropped
HBO’s Barry was one of my favorite shows to watch last year. Bill Hader was awesome in it, and I absolutely loved the premise of a hitman wanting to be an actor. It seems like a silly concept, but it works brilliantly!
Hader plays an ex-marine who has been leading a life of lonely hitman when, while on a job, he enrolls in an acting class to make friends with a hit, and that’s where his eyes are opened to the world of acting. He not only stars in the series, but he is also a writer and director on it.
The series also stars Henry Winkler, who recently won an Emmy Award for his work on the show. That Emmy is deserved! He’s so good on this show!
The trailer doesn’t show us much, but it’s nice to get a little tease of what’s in store for the series next season. I’m just looking forward to seeing where they take this character’s story next and how he will juggle his work as a hitman with his newfound Hollywood passion. He may be a cold-blooded killer, but he’s totally likable!
Barry Season 2 is set to premiere sometime this year. We’ll keep you updated on that!
