THE FLASH International and IMAX Trailers Offer More New Footage From the Movie
We’ve got a couple of new trailers here for you to watch for the upcoming DC film The Flash! We’ve got an international trailer and an IMAX trailer, and they each offer up a bit of new footage from the highly-anticipated movie for you to enjoy.
As you know, The Flash has been met with rave reviews from those who have seen it. Having seen it myself, I can tell you that the hype is real! This movie is freakin’ awesome, and it takes you through a rollercoaster of emotions. Chances are if you’re a big DC fan, you’ll at least shed one tear by the end of the movie.
The Flash was directed by Andy Muschietti and he actually made a very special movie with The Flash. He did something so good, I’m not sure how you can follow it up with a sequel and top what he did in this movie.
Ezra Miller stars as Barry Allan, a.k.a. The Flash, and they are joined by Michael Keaton, who is back as Batman. They will fight alongside each other in the movie to take down Michael Shannon’s General Zod, and joining them on their adventure is Sasha Calle as Supergirl, who is going to make a badass addition.
As you know, there’s a ton of drama surrounding this movie, but if you remove all of the wild stuff that was going on behind the scenes, judging from what I’ve seen so far I’m actually excited about this movie!
In the film, "Worlds collide in The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian... albeit not the one he's looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry's only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?"
The movie also stars Ben Affleck as Batman, with Ron Livingston and Maribel Verdú who are playing Barry’s parents. Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Derry Girls) and internet personality Rudy Mancuso will also appear.
The Flash will be released on June 23rd, 2023. Watch the two new trailers below and let us know if you’re excited about the movie!
