THE FLASH: Producers Talk "Rebirth" Influence and 3 New Photos

In this video, executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg talk about the influence of Geoff Johns' comic book story arc "Rebirth" on The Flash TV series. They also share a bit of info on how soon to expect some of The Flash's iconic villains.

Also released today are three new photos. The most interesting of the bunch features former Flash actor John Wesley Shipp with the new Flash Grant Gustin. I've seen the pilot, and I'm looking forward to watching the series. It has a much lighter feel than Arrow and has a greater sense of optimism.

The Flash premiers on The CW on October 7th.
