The Full Trailer For A WRINKLE IN TIME Explodes With Imagination!

Disney has released the first full trailer for director Ava DuVernay's epic imaginative adventure A Wrinkle In Time. I remember reading the classic 1961 book by Madeleine L’Engle when I was a kid and I loved it. I haven't read it in years, but I'm excited about seeing the movie, it looks great! I especially love the colorful visual style used to bring the story to life.

The story "takes audiences across dimensions of time and space, examining the nature of darkness versus light and, ultimately, the triumph of love. Through one girl’s transformative journey led by three celestial guides, we discover that strength comes from embracing one’s individuality and that the best way to triumph over fear is to travel by one’s own light."

Here's the synopsis:

Meg Murry and her little brother, Charles Wallace, have been without their scientist father, Mr. Murry, for five years, ever since he discovered a new planet and used the concept known as a tesseract to travel there. Joined by Meg’s classmate Calvin O’Keefe and guided by the three mysterious astral travelers known as Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which, the children brave a dangerous journey to a planet that possesses all of the evil in the universe.

The movie has a great cast that includes Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Michael Peňa and introducing Storm Reid, with Zach Galifianakis and Chris Pine.

A Wrinkle in Time is set to hit theaters on March 9, 2018.
