Buzz surrounding The Handmaid's Tale has been overwhelmingly positive, so it's no surprise that Hulu went ahead and signed the series over for guaranteed Season 2. THR reports that the show has been Hulu's most watched premiere ever, so that also helped secure the season as the streaming service aims to compete with rival Netflix. For those who haven't seen the series, the show stars former Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss and is based on the classic book of the same name by Margaret Atwood.
