Here's an amusing animated parody video called Super Friends that mashes together the narcissism of the 90s sitcom Friends with the Justice League, who are you know are the world's greatest superhero team. What happens when you combine the greatest sitcom of all time with the greatest superheroes of all time? You get the SUPER FRIENDS; a team of champions dedicated to truth, justice and hanging out all day at their local coffee shop. This animated video reimagines the opening of the classic 70's SUPER FRIENDS cartoon show by mashing it up with the classic 90's live action sitcom, FRIENDS. Batman becomes Chandler, using his super computer to rate the pros and cons of potential girlfriends. Superman becomes Joey, using his super powers to protect his dinner from dates who want to share food. And the Wonder Twins are now Ross and Monica, complete with their amazing, leg humping pet monkey Marcel. It's a super team so powerful they could only be brought together by the most powerful force on earth; 90s nostalgia!
It's actually pretty fun seeing what it might be like with the characters from Friends as the classic Justice League superheroes. It definitely makes the heroes a bit more jackassy I totally see Joey taking full advantage of Superman's X-ray vision! Enjoy the video!
