The Kids From STRANGER THINGS Are Tested on Their Knowledge of The '80s

One of the reasons many of us connected with the Netflix series Stranger Things was because it paid tribute to everything we loved about growing up in the '80s. It was like an explosion of nostalgia. There were so many influences packed into the series, you can even see some side-by-side comparisons of those here

I especially loved the cast of kids in the series! They all did such a wonderful job bringing their characters to life. If you didn't think you could like these kids even more, just wait until you watch this video.

The official Stranger Things Facebook page recently hosted a live Q&A session with stars Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair).

The purpose of the Q&A was to test their knowledge of the 1980s. Remember, these kids weren't even born yet, so it fun to see them struggling to get the right answers to questions they clearly don't know the answers to.

The kids also talked about what they did to prepare for their roles in the series and revealed the '80s movies they watched to help inspire them. Some of their favorites include The Goonies, ET, Stand By Me, Pretty in Pink, and Sixteen Candles. Millie also revealed that she was told to channel ET in her performance as Eleven. She pulled off that role brilliantly. Anyway, enjoy the video below!
