The LANDMAN Season 2 Trailer Teases More Oil-Fueled Drama and Power Struggles
Paramount+ has released the full trailer for Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace’s Landman Season 2, and it looks like the stakes are about to get even higher in this gritty Texas drama.
The trailer sets up an intense mix of family turmoil and high-stakes oil business conflicts. We see Norris dealing with the fury of his ex-wife Angela,, while Tommy’s son Cooper, pushes back against his father’s guidance.
At the same time, Demi Moore’s Cami Miller finds herself pulled deeper into the murky, cutthroat world of oil.
Based on the Boomtown podcast from Imperative Entertainment and Texas Monthly, the series has been described as “an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy, and our geopolitics.”
Season 2 will premiere November 16 exclusively on Paramount+, bringing back a strong cast of familiar faces. Billy Bob Thornton returns as Tommy, alongside Andy Garcia as Gallino, Ali Larter as Angela, Jacob Lofland as Cooper, and Michelle Randolph as Ainsley.
The new season also introduces Sam Elliott as Tommy’s father, a casting choice that feels perfect for the Sheridan universe. With Elliott’s gravelly presence, you can bet the father-son dynamic will be one of the season’s most compelling storylines.
Created by Sheridan and Wallace, Landman has carved out its place in Paramount’s lineup of tense, character-driven dramas.
Season 2 looks like it’s set to deliver another chapter packed with oil-fueled power plays, family drama, and the kind of gritty realism fans expect from Sheridan’s world.
