The Latest MULAN Featurette Focuses on Yifei Liu and Why She is The Perfect Mulan
Disney has released a new featurette for the upcoming film Mulan called “Finding Mulan” where director Niki Caro talks about choosing Yifei Liu to take on the role of Mulan. Then, Tzi Ma and Yoson An add in their thoughts about how she is perfect for the role. Of course, all of this happens as clips from the film are shown and I just can’t help but get excited for the film.
When the Emperor of China issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend the country from Northern invaders, Hua Mulan, the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, steps in to take the place of her ailing father.
