THE MANDALORIAN Season 2 Will Reportedly Feature Several Established Characters From the Skywalker Saga

It looks like Jon Favreau and the Lucasfilm creative team have some exciting things in store for The Mandalorian Season 2! We don’t really know what exactly to expect for the next chapter of the story, but fans are sure as hell excited to see how it continues to play out!

We know that Mando will embark on a journey to take The Child to a Jedi and that Gideon will continue hunting them down. Apparently, Mando will encounter some characters that Star Wars fans will be familiar with, characters from the Skywalker saga.

Deadline reveals that "Insiders have hinted that several established characters from the Skywalker saga’s feature films mythology will make appearances during the show’s sophomore season."

That could be any number of characters who are still hangin’ around in the galaxy after Return of the Jedi! Luke Skywalker? Obi-Wan Kenobi? Boba Fett? With Dave Filoni's involvement, there’s also been speculation that any number of Star Wars Rebels characters could show up.

While we don’t know what characters we’ll see, it’s hard not to get excited about the prospect of The Mandalorian interacting with any of the established characters from the Skywalker saga! Who would you like to see show up in Season 2?
