The Marvel Villain Nightshade Confirmed For BLACK PANTHER and Will Be Played By Nabiyah Be

It was recently revealed that Black Panther will include another villainous character. That character is Tilda Johnson a.k.a. Nightshade and she will be played by stage actress/singer Nabiyah Be. But, just who the hell is Nightshade? Good Question.

In the comics, Nightshade has been called many things, a scientist, the Queen of the Werewolves, and hospital receptionist. She is most well known for creating well-known version of Captain America... Cap-Wolf. Yeah, see, Nightshade did a bunch of experiments and at one point, decided hey, what if Captain America was a werewolf!? So that happened, and it's one of the strangest parts of Cap's history, I mean, until he turned completely Hydra.

Her past has mostly involved creating werewolves and controlling them. So, it will be interesting to see how she plays out as a role in the Black Panther movie. She has tangled with Black Panther before, so it's not a surprise to see it happening, but just how large of a role she'll play in the story will be interesting.

I think Nabiyah Be will play the role great. My own thought is that maybe she'll work for the villain in making an army of "enhanced" soldiers. These soldiers won't be full werewolf, but maybe something feral. Can't wait to see her on screen. We get our first little glimpse of her in the trailer, and you can see her in the screenshot above.
