THE NEW MUTANTS Gets a Wild New Trailer and a Comic-Con@Home Panel
Disney has announced that the long-awaited Marvel film The New Mutants is getting a special ComicCon@Home panel featuring writer and director Josh Boone, and he will be joined by members of the cast that include Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Heaton, Alice Braga, Blu Hunt, and Henry Zaga.
The panel will be moderated by Ira Madison III, and it will debut on July 23rd, 2020. So, if you’re excited about this movie, you’ll definitely want to tune in to check out the panel!
A new trailer for the film was also released, and it offers up even more wild and cool footage for your viewing enjoyment! This one really leans into the horror aspect of the movie.
Here’s the synopsis:
20th Century Fox in association with Marvel Entertainment presents “The New Mutants,” an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.
The movie is currently set to be released in theaters on August 8th, 2020.
