The New Trailer for TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT Is All About Girl Power

We've got another full trailer to share with you for Transformers: The Last Knight that puts the focus on the film's young star, Isabela Moner, and how much of a badass she is. This is all about girl power, and my two littlest girls have never been so excited about watching a Transformers movie. This new film seems to mostly revolve around kids, and Moner comes off as a feisty, likable character. They definitely cast the right young actress to pull it out.

The new trailer also includes some new footage of the Transformers characters fighting each other and it offers some more new details about the story.

Transformers: The Last Knight shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise, and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg); Bumblebee; an English Lord (Sir Anthony Hopkins); and an Oxford Professor (Laura Haddock).

There comes a moment in everyone’s life when we are called upon to make a difference. In Transformers: The Last Knight, the hunted will become heroes. Heroes will become villains. Only one world will survive: theirs, or ours.

Transformers: The Last Knight will be director Michael Bay's final Transformers film, and it's set to hit theaters on June 23.
