The Next Episode of THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER Will Feature a Major Cameo From a New MCU Character

It looks like the next episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is going to introduce a new Marvel character to the MCU. This is said to be a major cameo and the character will reportedly be played by a big-name actor.

During a recent interview with Rotten Tomatoes TV, showrunner Malcolm Spellman described the mystery cameo as a "very grounded character" and he went on to say, "the personality is so strong, it's an episode 5 character. I'd love to see that character with Thor."

/Film is also reporting that whoever the character is, it’s going to be an "existing Marvel Comics character" that will be played by a "well-known performer."

Remember when Paul Battany teased that he would be acting with a major actor that he always wanted to work with in WandaVision? Then it turned out he was just acting with himself? Well, I don’t think that this is going to be that same kind of misleading tease. I think we’re actually going to see a new character introduced to the MCU, and it’s going to be very interesting to see who it is. Maybe it’ll be Mephisto!

In all seriousness though, I’m guessing that it will be the big reveal of the Power Broker. the shadowy puppetmaster and crime lord in Madripoor.

I’ve been enjoying this series. It’s been a lot of fun to watch and I’ve enjoyed the story. I can’t wait see how the final two episodes play out!
