The Next Episode of THE MANDALORIAN Will Arrive Early Before The RISE OF SKYWALKER Is Released

Disney+ has announced that the next episode of The Mandalorian is set to be released early on Wednesday December 18th. The episodes are usually released on Friday, but this next episode will hit Disney+ right before Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is released in theaters.

There’s no reason given for the move, but after the episode, fans will be treated to an exclusive look at Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. It makes me wonder if this next episode sets something up that will in some way play into the story for the film.

A lot of fans speculate that the Child from The Mandalorian will in some way play a part in the movie, but nothing like that has been confirmed. I haven’t heard rumors regarding it. Just talk and speculation among fans.

Who knows, maybe the only reason they are releasing the episode early is just so they can share that exclusive look for the upcoming film. Do you think there will be anything from The Mandalorian that ties into The Rise of Skywalker?
