THE OFFICE Spinoff Series Adds Three New Cast Members
As Peacock moves forward with the development of it upcoming spinoff series of The Office, they’ve added three new cast members.
Melvin Gregg (American Vandal, Snowfall), Chelsea Frei (Poker Face, The Cleaning Lady) and Ramona Young (Never Have I Ever, Santa Clarita Diet) have been cast in the Untitled Greg Daniels and Michael Koman series, which is set in the same universe as The Office.
They trio of actors join the previously cast Domhnall Gleeson and Sabrina Impacciatore.
In the Office followup, “The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a dying historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it with volunteer reporters.”
It will be interesting to see how this turns out, but I hope that it manages to capture the hilarious humor of the original shows.
