The Opening Title Sequence of STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS Brings All The Nostalgic Feels

The opening title sequence for the Paramount+ series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has been released and it gives you a big warm nostalgic hug. It’s going to give Star Trek fans all of the feels! It’s really quite wonderful, and it’s the perfect opening for the series!

There’s so much to love and enjoy in this opening with the beautiful visuals and the tone that it sets. I just love these shots of the U.S.S. Enterprise flying through space! Beam me up!

The show is based on the years Captain Christopher Pike manned the helm of the U.S.S. Enterprise. The series will follow Captain Pike, Science Officer Spock and Number One in the years before Captain Kirk boarded the U.S.S. Enterprise, as they explore new worlds around the galaxy.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds stars Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Rebecca Romijn as Number One, Ethan Peck as Science Officer Spock, Celia Rose Gooding as Cadet Nyota Uhura, Christina Chong as Lieutenant La’an Noonien Singh, and Melissa Navia as Lt. Erica Ortegas.

The show is set to premiere on Paramount+ on May 5th.
